From a South Side Staple to a soon to be North Shore Favorite

Jerry Steny started back in 1985 on Milwaukee’s south side. Steny’s Tavern & Grill was built on a love for great food, cold drinks, and good times shared over sports. What began as a local corner bar quickly grew into one of Milwaukee’s most iconic sports taverns. Known for its welcoming/electric atmosphere, T.B. Chicken Wings, legendary Bloody Marys, game day buses, and deep-rooted ties to the community.

In 2024, Ryan Steny (Jerry's son), expanded  the legacy west with the opening of Steny’s Lake Country, bringing the same hometown spirit and elevated sports bar experience to Pewaukee. Rooted in the same core values and crowd favorites as Steny’s Milwaukee, the Lake Country location brings a fresh perspective and new energy.
 
Now, in 2025, we’re proud to bring that same legacy to the North Shore. Welcome to Steny’s North Shore, where tradition meets the next chapter. Whether you're here for the big game, a cold beer with friends, or just a casual night out, you'll find the same Steny's hospitality, menu favorites, and sports-loving vibe you know and love.
